Having a firm foundation in the insurance industry as well as a keen eye for opportunity and partnership building, Ken is a great help in keeping our team on track and our customers happy.
Karen Balch
National Account Director
Karen Balch is DKC's national account expert. She came to DKC with loads of experience in the Auto, Insurance, and Financial sectors with a strong sales background. She's also a hoot to have around the office. Never one to rest on her past achievements, Karen is doing great things with our current corporate and insurance accounts and hopes to brings those successes to new partners and initiatives.

Regional Account Director - Central Region

He has 25+ years of sales experience across mutliple industries taking care of various regions across Canada. Jane Baxter is a seasoned sales driver, with years of sales management experience. Her focus on customer service and effective communication makes her an effective leader. Jane Baxter's strength's have helped DKC members gain new business and have helped continually push for ever-higher customer service standards. Jane is a master problem-solver, able to build concrete relationships by finding solutions for seemingly difficult problems. Jane Baxter currently focuses her efforts on members and clients in the Maritimes.
