The Esporta Wash System has revolutionized the cleaning of soft contents damaged by soot, odour and sewage. This specialized process enables us to clean clothing, leather goods (purses, belts, luggage, etc.), shoes, industrial goods, and virtually any soft items that can be placed in the machine.

Traditional washing methods clean through agitation. This dislodges the dirt by mechanical action of the clothing dropping in a front loader, or agitation of the paddle in a top loader.

The Esporta Wash System uses the hydraulic action of a paddle wheel rotating through a mixture of especially formulated products and water; the items are held securely in a cage, thus minimizing the chance of further damage.

Proprietary recipes of cleaning products are electronically injected into the wash system to produce the desired result for the type of item being cleaned.

Independent professional studies have proven that this wash system will remove bacteria from sewage-damaged clothing.

ATP (adenosine triphosphate) monitoring is an effective method of ensuring that all of the bacteria have been removed from contaminated items.

ATP is present in all organic material. The SystemSURE II luminometer (in conjunction with the Ultrasnap ATP swab) uses bioluminescence to detect residual ATP as an indicator of surface cleanliness. The presence of ATP on a surface indicates improper cleaning and the presence of contamination, including food residue, allergens and/or bacteria. This implies a potential for the surface to harbour and support bacterial growth. We check each cleaned load to ensure that the items are within an acceptable level of ATP.
